Perth’s best logistics address
Roe Highway Logistics Park (ROE) is the largest premium industrial estate to be established in Perth in more than a decade. A game-changer for local, national and multi-national operators, ROE offers businesses unrivalled connectivity in a prime location.
ROE is a 72ha development that has been configured to provide a high degree of flexibility in lot sizes. With most of the estate committed, the last remaining land opportunities cater to requirements of up to 7ha.
Along with RAV 7 and direct rail freight access, ROE offers best practice sustainability initiatives, manicured streetscapes and modern commercial amenity.

Location
Roe Highway Logistics Park is Perth’s most exciting new industrial estate. Located on the corner of Roe Highway and Welshpool Road East, ROE is within 13km of the Perth CBD and 5km from Perth Airport.
Located adjacent to the established industrial suburbs of Kewdale and Welshpool, ROE is at the centre of Perth’s major arterial road network and forms an extension to the inner eastern core industrial precinct.
ROE is the best-connected site in Perth, with RAV 7 truck access from both Roe Highway and Tonkin Highway via traffic light controlled intersections. In addition, the Park benefits from rail freight access via the Kenwick Freight Rail Facility due for completion in late 2021.

Sustainability
Roe Highway Logistics Park is WA’s leading sustainable industrial estate.
ROE is on track to become the state’s first carbon neutral industrial estate. It was recently announced as winner of the Environmental Excellence category at the 2021 Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) WA Awards for Excellence, as well as winner in the Best Industrial Development and the Best Sustainable Development categories at the 2021 WA Property Awards.
ROE has received a $95 million investment by the Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC). The finance will further a range of sustainability initiatives including use of low carbon materials, solar power generation and future potential connection to the South West Interconnected System, enabling power export to the rest of the metropolitan area.
ROE was selected by the CEFC as its first direct investment to reduce embodied carbon in property construction.

ROE has recently worked with Boral to introduce a reduced embodied carbon emissions concrete to the Western Australian market. Up to December 2021, 7,000m3 of ENVISIA® low carbon concrete has been poured, reducing carbon emissions by 40 per cent.
